In case any of you are having trouble creating the coaxial hole in the revolved protrusion in the lecture example part, follow these steps:

1. Click on the Hole tool.
2. Click on the axis of the revolved protrusion (should be named Axis A1). The hole will align itself with the center of the protrusion.
3. Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and then click on the top surface of the protrusion. This will confirm the placement of the hole.
4. You can then enter the hole diameter and depth (through all).

If you don't select the revolve axis initially then your dimensions for the rest of the example will not work out.
